Lysandra Schmutter, DXC Technology

Solutions provider DXC Technology said it has appointed Lysandra Schmutter as its new industry leader for federal govenrment in Australia, taking on the role of director account general manager.

Schmutter joins from management consultants Capgemini where she worked as vice president of federal government for over four years.

She has also held senior positions at Unisys and Telstra, and brings over 30 years’ worth of experience to the DXC role.

“I am very excited to be joining a team with a rich history in supporting mission-critical services to government in Australia and partnering with DXC’s customers to accelerate their transformation to meet the needs of citizens,” Schmutter said.

“I also look forward to contributing towards building the next generation of talent at DXC,” she added.

Schmutter wiill be based in Canberra, responsible for financial management and the performance of DXC’s public sector accounts among other things.
