Justin Bieber has angered fans after cancelling the Australian and New Zealand dates of his Justice World Tour

Bieber announced in June last year that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.

The syndrome “occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears,” according to the Mayo Clinic. “In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.”

In September 2022, Bieber announced that he was cancelling the remainder of his world tour, which kicked off in February 2022, to “take time to rest and get better.”

The tour had 70 shows scheduled to run through 2023, including those postponed shows in Australia and New Zealand, which have now all been cancelled.

You can get refunds from all the official ticketing outlets.
